Platinum has been gaining attention as a potential investment option due to its role in the growing hydrogen economy.

Sacagawea Golden Dollar" (2000-2008)

This was the original program, authorized by Public Law 105-124.

It featured Sacagawea on the front (obverse).

The back (reverse) was always the same: a soaring eagle.

This collection includes all 9 coins from this original series.

The “Native American $1 Coin Program” (2009-Present)
In 2007, Congress passed a new law (Public Law 110-82) that replaced the original program.

This new law renamed the series to the “Native American $1 Coin Program.”

Here’s the confusing part: The law required the Mint to keep using the Sacagawea portrait on the front.

However, the reverse was mandated to change every single year to honor different Native American tribes and contributions.

The entire 23-coin PF 70 graded set is being sold as one lot.
