1980 Fender Lead II

The Fender Lead II was produced less than five years before CBS sold the
company back to a group of Fender employees and investors as FMIC in
1985. Despite some wear and light damage around the body’s edge, the
finish has held up well. Originally introduced as a budget option for an
American Fender guitar, it still stands as a vintage quality fit and
finish guitar, and as an accessible vintage option.
